PacManace Official Launch!

First official release of PacManace! I learned quite a lot from this project.  With working UI and gameplay. It has many features such as 4 different types of weapons and destructible walls. I think this game can be a fun time killer. I still have not figured out the bug where the player gets stuck rarely.
